JRJ Rehabilitation provide services for plan and self managed participants under NDIS so we are able to work with you to implement your plan.
We will work with you and your Support Coordinator and Local Access Coordinator to implement your goals. We provide Occupational Therapy, intervention in the areas of Therapeutic Supports and Home Modifications;
This means we can help you to become more independent in your daily activities including personal care, mobility, community access and ensure that you have appropriately prescribed equipment and your home is safe and accessible for you to maximise your independence.
Justine Fish, Kerri Harris and Sally Grace are our OT’s who are very experienced in working with a range of disabilities including: ABI, Spinal cord injuries, complex Orthopaedic injuries, Amputees, MND and mental health issues.
We provide services throughout Melbourne and the outer metropolitan areas and would come and see you at home.
