Anne Dickinson

Anne is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience working within the occupational rehabilitation industry. She has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and has attained a Certificate in Applied Ergonomics.

Anne has extensive experience in both early intervention and RTW programs across a range of industries within both the private and public sector. She has effectively conducted ergonomic assessments as well as delivered training programs in optimal work practices to staff in a range of industries including; local government, manufacturing, legal, medical, science, banking, telecommunications, as well as in numerous state and federal public service agencies.

Anne has a particular interest in office ergonomics. Her ability to effectively listen and communicate with workers, employers, treating practitioners and referring agencies has consistently promoted the development of positive and productive working relationships. Anne has been working with JRJ Rehabilitation since 2011.

Sally Puika

Sally is a State Registered Nurse (Division 1) with further qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety. She has been working in the area of Occupational Rehabilitation for over 20 years and as a Company Director with JRJ since 2009. Sally has worked on the employer side as an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant/ RTW Co-coordinator, as a Case Manager/RTW co-coordinator for both Comcare and Work Cover based agencies and as a provider of Occupational Rehabilitation services. She has assisted with a major VWA review aimed at improving the RTW outcomes of long-term and complex claims. Sally has extensive experience across a number of industrial and manufacturing settings, telecommunication companies, and transport and government organisations. Sally is particularly skilled in the management of long-term complex cases and stress related situations.

Justine Fish

Justine has over 30 years’ experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist and  as a Company Director with JRJ for the past 19 years. Whilst managing and developing JRJ Rehabilitation she has continued to practice as an Occupational Therapist particularly in the areas of return to work; early intervention; ergonomic education and training; assessment for home modifications; development of care  plans/ NDIS plans; equipment prescription related to maximising  independence and ensuring safe and optimal care; and medico legal assessments.

She is committed to assisting individuals to maximise their independence in their everyday life (including at home, at work and in the community).

In the past Justine has worked with TAC where she was involved in assessing and co-ordinating rehabilitation programs maximising independence in a cost effective manner. For a number of years prior to this she worked as an Occupational Therapist in the Spinal Unit of the Austin Hospital. She has extensive knowledge and experience in working with people who have spinal cord injuries, acquired musculo-skeletal injuries, brain injuries, amputations , MND and MS.

With her experience in working with spinal cord and serious injuries she has developed expertise in preparing Occupational Therapy reports to assist in Legal Processes.

Justine considers her major strength is her ability to communicate and negotiate with clients, employees, employers, agents and treating health professional to support and problem solve to affect a positive solution and outcome

Justine  is an Accredited Occupational Therapist and  actively participates in ongoing profession development.”

Kirsty Powers

Kirsty Powers
Kirsty has been working as an Occupational Therapist within the Occupational Rehabilitation Industry for over 25 years. In addition she has completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in Occupational Health.

Kirsty has extensive experience in conducting worksite assessments; developing return to work plans as well as goal directed Activities of Daily Living Assessments. She has excellent communication skills, which assist her in educating and negotiating with all relevant parties to achieve successful return to work outcomes. She has worked across numerous industries including the banking, healthcare and also corporate environments. She is particularly skilled at working with complex cases and has a high level of success.
