Cathy Mellor
Cathy is an Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor in Psychology and Masters of Health Administration. She has worked in Occupational Rehabilitation for over 25 years providing optimal solutions for clients and employers in rehabilitation, injury management, pain management, prevention, ergonomic interventions, home assessments and return to work management.
Through her work, Cathy has achieved many successful and durable outcomes across Comcare and Work Cover agencies in private and public sectors. She also has experience in developing education and training programs to integrate ergonomic solutions and practices into workplaces.
With five years experience in psychiatry, Cathy excels at managing cases with complex mental health issues. Her experience as Occupational Therapist In Charge for St Vincents Hospital Darlinghurst enhanced her abilities to manage stakeholders effectively.
Cathy is a dedicated professional able to communicate and negotiate with clients, employers and health professionals to deliver a timely return to work.
Kate Purnell
Kate is registered Occupational Therapist and Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. She has post-graduate qualifications in OHS, training and Interior Design majoring in workplace design. Kate is also an artist.
In a career spanning over 20 years she has developed expertise in 3 key areas; Workplace based health promotion, Occupational rehabilitation in a broad range of industries and Healthy Ageing at work & beyond. She has a passion for career transition coaching.
Jenny Halliday
Jenny has been a practising Occupational Therapist for 26 years during which time she has a worked as an Occupational Therapist designing and implementing rehabilitation plans for private enterprise employers as well as extensive services within the health sector. Jenny has a tenacious approach to return to work and thrives on the complexities of challenging return to work cases. She is an excellent negotiator and achieves excellent outcomes. In addition Jenny has extensive experience in conducting ADL assessments and developing comprehensive reports under the VWA and Comcare jurisdictions.
Jenny is the proud recipient of the Caroline Chisholm Award for significant services to the community.

Sharon Arnold
Sharon is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience across a diverse spectrum of clinical areas with extensive experience in the management of neurological, orthopaedic and persistent pain conditions in acute, secondary and tertiary rehabilitation settings.
Sharon has extensive experience in Early Intervention, Injury Management, Ergonomic and Workstation Assessment, in addition to RTW management of long term and complex cases, with successful and durable outcomes for all parties. Under the Worksafe system Sharon is highly competent in the coordination of OES Services and is also registered under as a WSS service provider.
Within return to work management, Sharon demonstrates excellent communication skills with all key stake holders, helping to facilitate and negotiate development and progression of return to work programs, to ensure timely and cost effective outcomes for all parties within public and private sectors.
